Cuarzo Valle de Guadalupe

For our anniversary this year, we went on a weekend getaway to a local wine town. This was the first of 3 anniversaries that we were actually spending together so we thought it deserved a little something special.

During our 2-day trip, we stopped at Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, and La Bufadora (a famous landmark in Baja California, MX). Valle de Guadalupe quickly became a gastronomical hub for many Tijuaneses and even tourists. It is popular for it's good wine, unique hotels, and amazing food.

We chose to stay at this boutique villa and lucky for us, it was steps away from one of the newest brunch spots in Valle de Guadalupe. Since it was so close to our Airbnb, we were able to get there right before the "brunch rush."

Right when we got there we were greeted by the nicest waiter and with freshly made bread and jams. We ordered a couple of mimosas and of course the french toast.

Everything was AMAZING. From the caramelized french toast to the creamy avocado omelette every single detail was clearly very well thought out. If you are planning on taking a trip down to Valle de Guadalupe adding Cuarzo as a gastronomical strop should be at the top of your list.
