Located inside Grand Central Market, in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, is a place that is very known to locals: eggslut. It's your go-to place for a quick breakfast whether you're on the run to work, The Broad, or simply taking a stroll around the area. They have an extensive menu ranging from biscuits to cheeseburgers to sandwiches. The best thing was that their bread and juices are made daily!
We had the bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich and it was just to die for. The perfect crispiness of the bacon and the fried egg went perfectly with the melted cheddar cheese and the warm and spongy bread. If you're into being healthier or simply don't like bread, you have the option of substituting for salad on ANY sandwich at no additional cost.
If you ever find yourself in Los Angeles, we would HIGHLY reccomend you to try this place out! And while you're at it take a quick look around the rest of Grand Central Market, it has a ton of authentic mexican food, ramen, and wood fried pizzas just to name a few.
